i can understand the thought behind what they are doing by getting people invloved, ie that many hands make light work. however, do i really trust that all the people will be humane in the way they go about destroying these snakes? not likely. i can see that the burms arent doing the area any good, but there has to be a better way of dealing with them than lighting the torches and grabbing your pitch forks!
i agree the burms need culling/capturing in order to save the eco system they are invading, but this just boils down to animal cruilty for the sake of saving the cash it would cost to do it propperly. |

| Having proffesionals do it properly would be the best way but can guarentee it will end up being a load of students or gangs with nothin better to do with their time |

Nah I am sick of how mankind kills animals and tortures for entertainment.
Having licensed hunters,kill the burns by normal means.Is different to letting anyone go out and do it.You will get halfwits doing crazy things.

| I don't know if this has been mentioned but I agree with getting the burms out of Florida, I would rather them not be killed but thats another story. The sole reason that I agree with it is because of the negative impact invasive species have had on the British eco system, ironically American animals being brought here back in the day |
