I just wondered if anyone has used these before ? I have had mixed reviews about them . I like that i can pick a day for them to deliver as i only get one day off a week , they also give an hour time frame which would also be helpful . I need to start ordering online as i almost died at the rep store the other week so so expensive! |

i used them once, never again.
i have been using essex reptile for my frozen and had no trouble, i place the order on a sat/sun and it arrives at my work on a tuesday |

They were all well and good when i was asking questions before i ordered so placed order.
Was told i could have seperate address from billing address so gave work address. They came to my home address. Luckily neghbour took in and the gf came home at lunch to collect. If she didn't come home they would have defrosted by the time i got home as neighbour didn't know what it was, also the order was short a bag of mice.
I e-mailed them and explained delivered to wrong address after been tild would come to work and it was short a bag. The quality of the food was fine so said would use again if delivery was sorted.
Took me a couple of e-mails to get a reply and he said all he could do was refund the money.
I replyed explaining why i ordered what i did and if he could send the missing bag. I also asked again if delivery would be an issue un the future.
I didn't get a reply but the missing bag did get delivered again to my home. I did send a message to say i got them but again no reply.
Other people might have had a better time with them but their lack of comunication put me off using them again |

| I use them all the time, just received an order from them last week and expecting one Tuesday as well, they use the same courier I use for my bussiness, when you place your order you choose a shipment date and it is sent out the next day, if you provide a mobile you will get a text to notify you of the delivery time, to a hour slot, so can make sure your around. He used to use another carrier who were not that good to be fair. Since updating his delivery side of things I have seen a massive improvement in the service. Also one good thing he has just started doing jumbo rats 450gm plus, if they prove to be popular he will stock them always. Hope that's of some help. |

| I just had an order with A&N frozen foods and was brilliant. Top quality food and if you say what day you need it for they will send it the day before. I needed it for a Tuesday as I'm at home then, so they sent it on Monday. Will be placing all my orders with them from now on |

| thanks for the imput guys , its just getting to expensive to get it from the rep store , wasnt so bad when it was a couple of snakes , but up to 11 now and hogs can eat for england! Its the first time i will be placing an order and i need it for specific days each week you see |

I just switched from rsreptiles to them, and my delivery was meant to turn up today and it hasn't. Looks like i'll be switching companies again  |

| A&N were pretty good for me but their delivery prices are a tad expensive and I've seen people complain that they charge you for two boxes when your rodents can quite easily fit in one.. |
