I've just read that it's possible to run a ceramic on a on/off stat ????
Now I'm thinking that's total rubbish as would the constant on/of operation blow the ceramic |

Pulse is more like adjusting the amount of power to heater,then simple on off.

| It's the heating and cooling that causes bulbs to blow quicker, pulse go on and off so quickly it doesn't cool. Pulse is a dying system though and phasing out in new habistat stats as its limited, dimmers are not. |
