I've seen this term used a lot of late but what is its meaning exactly?

it's just a word to discribe a nicely marked normal royal
1.0.0 burmese python,giblet. 1.0.0 BCI, william. 0.1.0 blue tongue skink, 0.1.0 green iguana, jasmin, 1.0.0 cape house snake, 0.1.0 checkered garter snake

no problem, there's another couple of word's used to discribe them but cant think what they are at the moment

Very true, or someone who believes their normal has odd markings that they hope will prove out with breeding to be the start of a new or otherwise known morph.
