Do you guys feed in the viv or in a feeding box? I read many conflicting views and just wondered what others do?

Always feed inside, would take too long otherwise. Never had any reason not to either.

I do abit of both :P Most i feed out the vivs,Allows me to clean and handle them for abit etc.One will only eat in the viv, another goes into biting crazed attack mode when you open the viv,So easier to feed that one in the viv.

i used to feed out the viv but got bored of having to move them into a rub so now feed all of them in the viv an never had a problem even when my old royal split a rat an had a gob full of aspen.

actually thinking about it a rat snake i had did get a bit of aspen stuck between his lip an jaw/teeth which caused a bit of mouth rot but that was one of those million to one chance's of it happening thing's

not noticed any sort of aggression change since feeding in the viv although if i fed the afrock in a rub it could be interesting trying to get him back in the viv haha

I feed all 3 of mine in their vivs. Boris mostly strike feeds, Ria used to but now she just takes it off her log when she's ready and Sas does a bit of both, depending on his mood! lol

Royals - Sas, Boris & Ria
Boas - 1 called Titch until we can think of a name for her!
Cats - Felix, Becky, Max & Willow

Yup I'm an in viv feeder too, I wouldn't feed a small snake on big sustrate but Royals are a good size and substrate is small compared so even if swallowed it will pass through without incident. Keep the substrate small and you'll never have an issue.

I also used Megazorb as substrate which is just pulped paper and thats totally safe when swallowed. Its also dirt cheap too.
