Well i know i can't name and shame but you will probably work it out anyway lol
im not to happy about being ripped off with the purchase of my kayuadi retic at the time i paid the deposit in store it was marked up at £175 but was told by the bloke that was a special price for purchases that weekend only and that they were going up after the weekend to £250 so i paid the £50 deposit in the knowledge id have to pay the full price as i wasn't paying all that day which was fair enough, although he did say as well that id have to pay £45 on top of that for them to take it to doncaster for me to collect which i thought was a bit much since they were going with their animals anyway but hey ho im not one for confrontation and i just wanted the snake lol. so after a week i called the store to pay the remainder and was told i had £200 left to pay and id pick up from their table at doncaster which i was pleased about as i thought i didn't have to pay courier charge. Then in the time leading up to doncaster i was searching classifieds on the dark side and came across their stocklist and lo and behold it was listed as £175 which had been posted 2 month before the day i was in the shop paying the deposit which i thought was strange as i was told it was a special price for that weekend only but like i said i don't like confrontation so just left it thinking they may have been planning on increasing the price after the weekend but today they have just posted a stocklist on fb listing the other male still at £175 so im not happy one bit and will not be using them again.
Just needed to get that off my chest and maybe warn others if you work out who im on about |

| I would definitely have a word. Email them if you don't like confrontation!! Also that is a ridiculous price to take a small snake to Doncaster when they are already going!!! |

| Yeah I don't know what prices all the different localities are? At the end of the day you still have an amazing snake, but it does sound like they've played you to make a bit of extra money. |

| You will always pay a little more for a dwarf, however I think the £45 is a little steep, I purchased my retic from imperial retics take a look at there web site and see what you could of got for your money |

I know dwarves cost more my problem was i was told the price they were marked up at was a one off price and they had 2 in stock but i couldn't buy one there and then so paid a deposit to and was told id have to pay the full price which i wasn't bothered about but have now found out the price they were marked up as is what they were all along f
and the remaining snake they still have is still at that price so the one off price they told me it was is bs and they've charged me £75 over what they were meant to be. I wonder if they work on commission |

Hi ******** I have something im not too happy about, i attended your bbq weekend in Sept and while i was there i put a deposit down on a kayuadi retic to collect at doncaster as i couldn't pay full amount on the day. I couldn't be happier with the snake itself he's an awesome little thing but im not to happy about what i paid for him, on the day of the bbq both kayuadi males you had in were marked up at £175 but when i inquired about them to the sales assistant he told me they were special bbq prices and that after the weekend they were going back up to £250 which i was still happy about paying. But i have seen that you have put a new stocklist up with the other kayuadi still priced at £175 so i checked you website which says the same and also have noticed that your stocklist on rfuk which was posted back in June has them priced at £175 also. So clearly they have been priced at £175 all along so why was i told they were a special bbq only price and made to pay more? Im not complaining about the snake or the fact i paid £250 for him as in my opinion he's worth it im just annoyed that i was made to pay more than you were selling them at.Hope you understand where im coming from. List prices,but change the price when someone wants to buy.If you think you can scam more money out of them.As for £45 to pick it up lol :P

| There are regulations for anybody selling anything governing the use of sales and special offers but really although not exactly good business practice you entered into a quite clear purchase agreement and completed that sale without query. Your best bet though for any comeback would be your citizens advice bureau or even trading standards, if they're doing that often TS may already have a file on it. |
