Does anyone most there dragons or against it?

Having a debate with a friend as I think you should most at least once a day. But vets told him it's a bad idea to most at all.

Any suggestions?

nope don't mist or spray them at all they get all the moisture the need from their food.

you can offer them a water bowl in the cool end but unlikely they will drink from it

Yeah mine never drinks from water bowl. And I only asked because my mate sent me picture of the poo. And said that he was dehydrated. But looked quite good. A good lot of brown and a reasonable bit of while.

As far as I've always understood misting Beardies can cause R.I. problems and other health problems as a result of that.

I wouldn't mist them. If you think about where they would naturally be living then they may rarely see rain at all. And that's what they're designed to cope with.

I would say if the Beardie seems dehydrated then maybe up their 'watery' veg a little? Not too much though or you could end up with the opposite problem : /
