People have always been complaining about Bob Clark and people have always been buying from him. I know plenty of people who have bought snakes from him without any issue and I know people who have had issue. It's a hard one really.

The thing is that Bob has a massive business shipping 100's of animals a day. Running a company like that your going to have some bad experiences & get some upset customers, that's life. Not sure airing the problem on the net will get the guy & reasonable solution though. On a personal note, I've never bought anything from Bob so can't comment on how good or bad the service is, but he does have some very nice Tics!

From my own experience he`s useless. He put a for sale thread on rfuk a few years ago and even after numerous requests he never put up a list of what he had for sale. Snakes have always been cheaper across the pond and from what i could make out its upto the customer to state what he or she wants and if he doesn`t have it then he will get you what you want from someone else. I raised the point to why he wouldn`t put up a list or answer questions and got the usual ear bashing that comes with being on the darkside, that quickly stopped after i stated i was not a teenager but a man in his 40`s with money to spend. Still never got a sensible reply, i understand he`s busy but he is the seller, its his job. Anyway i never bought anything thank god. There were lots of customers who had made their way to Essex to pick up their purchases and his shipment was stopped at Heathrow for over 24 hours as he hadn`t paid the correct VAT, peoples snakes were at the airport and Bob was on his way to Germany. Ultimately though you have to ask why anyone would want to spend hundreds if not thousands on a snake/snakes when they haven`t even seen them, some people had snake that didn`t even look like the photo`s.
