Woohoo, Who has now taken her 3rd feed, and her 2nd strike feed!

She actually fell backwards getting it down.

Thing is, it gets better, I kinda didn't look at her before offering food, and once she was eating I noticed she was actually in the process of shedding! (as in skin coming away!)

Happy as larry that she ate.

Made up for the fact that Boo failed to eat at all. Try again in 5.......

feeding on rat pups, and no, no need to brain it, she has one hell of a strike on her. From offer to strike took about 5 seconds. Now to get Boo doing the same........

I'm sure the big thing is just patience and confidence, but cheers for the compliment.

Agreed, I'm not sure if they can sense it, but the more stressed you get about it the more they seem to refuse.

nope, she TOTALLY refused, rejected a gentle assist too, so she can continue to be hungry and be out ALL day and night looking for the ellusive fantasy food she seeks......

Will try again this weekend, she'll eat in time.

1 of my Fires was like that when they came, out hunting all the time and then not interested. The only time she would take was if she was already in the hide and would just snatch the food back into the hide out of sight. So I used to pick her up and put her in the hide and then offer. She'll eat anywhere now.

Good luck.
