how often should i feed my 3 month old royal,and what is the best way to defrost food

got smaller section on teranium is it ok to feed her in this compartment then move her back after couple of days and just use smaller side to feed

i would feed your royal every 5days if he wieghts less than 400g anything over 400g 7-10days.
i would just feed her in its normal viv/faun dont move them to a seperate feed tub.

I agree with SC - every 5 days until 400g.
