how long does it take ceramic heat lamp to reach its max temp?

Depends on the size of the viv and the location of the stat probe.

mine reached required temp within prob 30 mins...never timed it though...

As above, depends on size of viv, location of probe and wattage of heat lamp.
1.0.0 Ghost corn Tynan
0.1.0 Normal corn Sully

The bulb itself takes a few seconds to a minute
