add a damp hide for a few days and hopefully it'll resolve itself without much stress |

One of my new snakes had a real bad time last night shedding - he only managed to get a small peice off his one eye.
I bathed him for 15 mins and sat him on my lap and rubbed him down with a damp cloth. He wasnt happy at first but I think he soon realised I was helping him and let me get on with it.
So if the moss advice doesnt work try a damp paper towel and rub the area where the skin is and it should come away. |

I would bathe in luke warm water and then let it run through a towel. |

lol...Gingerpony is the resident health person on here..her advice is stellar....
and she was right that the moss box is far less stressful than a bath...
Glad you got it off...
