Hi I've just woken up to an open viv and snake missing. I've looked in all the usual places but still cant find him. Any tips????

Hiya

Check every where warm and around power sources they give of heat also put flower around the house so if the royal goes through it hopefully you should be able to track it down

plus you could try leaving food and water out near her viv and see if she smells the food and comes out hunting

any luck yet. Royal will normally come looking for water first so leave a few bowls around in place that you can see but that are not out in the open. would suggest a lock for viv when you get her back in and keys out of reach of kids. If my kids got the hold of my viv keys they would be doing a show and tell in the school play ground with mine.LOL

Another cheeky tip i read on here a few days ago is put flower down in door ways and near any water bowls you put out. Gives you an idea if they are being used!

Also, in the DIY section there is a handy 'How to' guide on making a trap!
