hello everyone,
after the trouble with my first royal being sold to me at 2 weeks old and never eating for me i thought id never want another royal.
but 4 boas later i got thinking, maybe im ready for another. and look what came up in the classified on the dark side today, just down the road aswell.
hes a late 08 normal, feeding on rats, and aparently never missed a feed, which i dont doubt. he looks very healthy and was weighing 516 grams today, but did eat yesterday i think i was told.
and the fee was going to a good cause, so i had to...
so here i am to try again.

thanks guys, im feeling good about this one, he is really quite skittish so im going to leave him alone for a few days and see if he gets better, he must be picking up my vibes as he was fine with the guy i got him from. also the drive home wouldnt of helped.

arr, now thats the thing, strange you say that as the guy said he thinks its a boy but its never been probed so hes not sure.
does he look like a she then?

thanks for all the welcomes back , this is a lovly royal weather it be a he or she, but would like to get it probed to find out for sure.
but for now, im quite happy i got a healthy snake weighing at 516 gs altough it be with a full belly, but il weigh him again at the weekend after he settles in.
i think iv got my head round the big royal little space thing now, so should be ok, hes in a 34litre flat rub, loads of green and cpl hides. i want to put him in the 2ft viv i have but i think the height will scare him, he came out of the same sort of thing hes in now,
oh, and hes called lwcus. is apparently lucky in welsh, as he did a dissapearing act when he was younger and was found in the bathroom a few days later. so the lovly welsh cpl called him lwcus, and he was for me i think so il keep the name, as im no good with names anyway.
