I currently feed Zippy Large mice shes just about 3ft but i get the feeling she wants more after she has one, should i try her with bigger or not?

Hmm, doesnt really look big enough to be honest. Food should be about the same thickness as the fattest part of zippys body, either that or 10-15% of her bodyweight.

Do you know how heavy she is? Also it would be good to try and move her onto rats at some point as theyre more nutritious :)

Mice arn`t a good diet for royals, i would get her on rats

it's more of a problem when you have an adult royal........ you'd have to feed about 10 mice per feed rather than 1 or 2 large rats....... best off getting them onto a similar size rat as soon as possible, maybe a slightly bigger equivalent

Yep, as above I'd look for slightly larger rat weaners.

I would try to get her onto rats. The sooner the better really - I left it late with Doug and he refuses to feed if just offered a rat; he will eat a rat though if he gets a mouse 1st! I've started my other 2 royals on rats straight away
