well low andbehold after four attempts last night I opened his glass slider to feed him, I had a rat defrosted and a mouse defrosted and he could obviously smell the mouse cos he struck at m a few times through the open glass!! don;t they look viscious when they do that!!! any I put the rat weaner next to the grumpy old sod!! he struck it and squoze the life out the dead rat lol looked in his little house in the morning and no sign!!! so success I just hope that e texts one next week, I have a mouse there shall i bin this now and keep on rats or perhaps throw that in as a treat in mid week? |

well done on the feed....
as for the mouse i would bin it...unless you have another snake like a corn or something that might take it.. |

no other snake yet although I;m working on it, really want a Boa just waiting on the say so from the wife!!! how sad eh!! it may cost me a pair of shoes though |

the mouse is going in the bin on bin day!!!no more mice hopefully and a bigger Royal as a result i hope!!

I have cracked it, hes took a second weaner although ths had to be left for an hour or two tilll i came up and checked and he had a lump in his tum!!! |

happy days 7 days later I hd to try a small rat as there were no rat weaners!! he struckit straight away and I watched for ages whilst he struggled with this new large food item but he got it down!! I;m chuffed to bits its alls easy now lol |
