I would never ignore you ...got your text and replied via msn....
can get texts in but not send out, need a new phone, but it is not insured so have to wait till contract is up then i will get another.. |

| It doesn`t matter BE, if it is under contract then it is covered under the warranty, unless Anne has broken it herself then it wont be covered. I never take out insurance either. |

yeah remmy is correct
if the phone has broke you can get it repaired tbh if you phone the phone company chances are they will just send a new one, unfortunatlly if you have broke it your self then there is nothing they will do.
ive done this many times as phones are built on the cheap now and seem to go wrong all the time so i phone orange and just get a new one sent out, also ive never took out insurance
