had my royal for 6 months hes happy to come out all the time seems to like it. hes out every 2 days unless he been fed. is this to much never had any problem with his eating or shedding what do you think is it to much or ok ?? thanks i call him a he might be a girl not got him done yet lol

as long as it is eating and shedding well then there is no reason to change your routine

Nope, they're all individual, you know your snake best.

As a general rule they don't tolerate handling as well as other snakes, but yours sounds fine with it

they dont like their heads being touched much? could it be down to how sensitive all of their senses are?

Could be, its probably just a natural fear thing, I wouldn't like some giant poking things towards my head.

thanks all i just keep doing what im doing he fine and healthy loves his back rubbed due to shed soon so i dont handle as much just leave him to it thanks again for advice
