Having been spurred on by Mariamscorely's pictures of her Viv setup to get mine up and running i have nearly sorted Sabres viv setup and took some pictures.
I'm still on for adding a few more bits in if i find the right bits.

But here's mine. Lets see yours!

Hot end is right hand side.

Heat lamp and Night light. Custom made heat guard (cost less than a fiver)

Cold end has a big lump of cork bark and has lots of moss under it.

Warm end is, in my mind, clever. I bought a slate tile and raised it up. Now has a basking area under the ceramic heater and a warm hide underneath where the heat mat is!

All in, even though it's a tad on the large side for her she loves it.

LOVE IT

amazing snake and great set up, love the tile aswell, great thinking.

and i have digis, but i dont wanna remove my dials, 1. its good to see how wrong they are and 2. taking them out would leave a sticky glue mess on the wood, better to leave them on IMO :)

Mine do work, they are just bloody slow to move compared to the digital gauges.
I prefer the natural look. I have a few ideas for the background too. But i need to shift my attention to the MBK and an upcoming RBB :)

great set up! I'm not going to post mine as they are all boring, 2 rubs with cardboard box hides and a water bowl, one 3ft viv stuffed with as much random rubbish as possible and all on newspaper. Not particularly aesthetically pleasing, but serves its purpose :)

Thats cool.
I have been playing with mine again and nearly done.

After finding a few mould spores i ripped everything out and bleached everything again. I changed to half aspen half repti-bark, raised the tile up a bit as she's growing, giving her a wood tube to play and hide in.
Also have some background coming too.

Once complete i'll stick some pics up.

Right then, the basics of my viv setup is the same as was.
I removed the cork bark tube as i couldn't get Sabre out. Which was proving to be a pain as im keeping an eye on a skin irritation.
I found a wood tube/thing in pets at home. After checking its ok and not using any of the bad woods i bleached it and made a "tube" and a high perch.
Also stuck some background in there as well.

I'm well happy with it. Sabre seems to like it too and she can be found roaming around all over.

If anyone wants to know what the plastic tub hanging under the heater is (in the video) i'm experimenting. I really need to raise the humidity without soaking the substrate. So far it's working so will make it a bit more secure and tidy in due course
