just about to buy my royal's new permanent viv and was wondering what size of vivexotic would be best for her - absaloutely terrible with measurements so if anybody could help that would be great. here's the site i'm ordering from http://www.reptiles.swelluk.com/reptile-supplies/vivariums-416/compact-vivariums--1310.html

about a year old and just over 3 foot.
i am hoping for this to be her permanent viv.

I have a vivexotic vx36 and would say that's about right. Next step would be 48 i'd say that would be too big. Net pet shop is the cheapest i have found

All my vivs are from there and are LX36 compacts, they are pretty good for the price and very easy to assemble.
