Hi Got my royal yesterday and he seems to be settling in well,might sound silly but how and when do i know when to spot clean, i have looked in the viv a few times and nothing looks untoward ?

Chances are you won't need to until after you have fed (so at least a week of settling), you'll probably be able to smell it too

You'll know when you need to spot clean, you'll either find damp substrate along with some whitish lumps or it'll look like a dog's been in.
