Fecking enormous!
To be honest I think it's incredibly irresponsible of the guy to be selling something like a burm if he doesn't know how big it'll get.

That is a gorgeous python in that pic Chris! But bloody huge! Like you I agree, irresponsible animal sales irritate me - if you are much less than an expert than you shouldn't be selling - your ignorance is not fair to the animal or their future owner and the only reason to do so without at least trying to do some research is because they simply want the money. I'm a dog person, and the amount of my breed that end up in rescue because people think they're going to get a labrador temperament in something that looks a bit like a wolf and then end up getting rid of them because they soon end up with an understimulated, dominant, stubborn, often dog-agressive and above all large and extremely powerful dog - its very saddening. Money makes the world go round, eh? |

There's a guy over on the Dark Side called Steve D who has a 20 foot retic. I've seen pictures of him with her and she's huge! There's a fair number of people keeping giants as pets, but I think my BCI's going to be quite big enough for me.
I wish I knew more about the python in the pic I posted, it's one I found on the internet to show a guy at work who kept going on about getting one how big they get. He thought about six feet! |
