Yes, its basically that. Its from who ever is selling the snake to "prove" that is has what ever genetic mutation they are claiming (be that visual or not).
It sounds important, but its nothing official, anybody can make paperwork suggesting a snake is something its not. Because of that, if your buying a snake that supposedly carries a non-visual mutation, your much better off buying from a seller you trust over someone you dont but has "paperwork". |
