hi i would like to ask if anybody has used the above system from microclimate and what they think of them i will be putting it in a 3'x18"x18" and in the future a 4' viv so am considering a 250 watt would it be better than a bulb |

I never have, but have heard good things about them. I've always been happy with IR heat bulbs. |

i use ahs for my royal and i think its great, dont like the red bulb look myself so i use led for viewing blue for night , white for day, 250w will heat up your viv just right :) |

i use AHSs for my adult boas and i think they're great
they keep the cool end at a decent temperature too which is why i use them. the actual guard/casing does get hot, particularly when it's first heating up so best off using a guard, reptiles-ink does them |
