If you were stressing was probably a good idea, not worth making yourself ill over it and she sounds like she's doing well but I don't think she would pick up on your stress :)

As for boas, they're awesome but I'm slightly backward, I have 5 royals and 1 boa and the boa is the one I can't get feeding :P

My first royal didn't eat till now, it's been almos 7 weeks, I was upset for the first two weeks but now i'm not because of what i read from u, i think it's normal that royals stop eating every while, i think because in nature she can't find a mouse every week, so it's designed that way, so if here's nothing bothering it (like cold weather, decrease in humidity ...etc) it will eat as soon as it will feel hungry.
thins is what i think.
