This is a minor and probably not important question. Duke fasted for a month but ate on Friday, anyway I'm guessing he has been chugging the water because I've had two urate balls this week, one was particularly soggy but todays was solid. Its a new one on me and I'm sure its perfectly normal but does anyone else get these periods of urate ball-ness?

Yes - sometimes I've just found the old mint imperials sitting there and no liquid at all - other times it's been Niagara. Strange, but that's royals for you. Wonder if urate balls evolved to conserve a snake's body fluids in dry months, maybe?

Look at it this way, Bob, rather him than you ...
