| where it says your name when you post a new topic what do the stars mean and how do you change what it says like hatchling or adult royal etc? |

As I've said before, it's pretty ridiculous - all it is an indication of how long you've been on the forum and how much you post ...someone could join as a snake mite and have 20 years experience ...I've said in the past that I think our post count could be confined to our profiles for better equality ...just look at it as a piece of fun. |

I agree it took me a little while to figure out it was purely a post counter, though making it an actual indicator of knowledge would be impossible.
Edit to add; as a rule when Bats makes a comment it would be highly unlikley to be wrong and comes with a happy helping of pun-fun. |
