Sorry guys, this is just me playing about, but this is just to see if I've actually found out how to get photobucket to work. Sorry it isn't a pic of a royal - it's Cy as a hatchling - for those who don't know her, she hatched with one eye - her full name is Cyclops ...
Blooody hell - I think it's worked!!
The thing is - for about a year photobucket has kept throwing me off the net every time I've tried to access it - don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but unfortunately I really don't know what I did to access pb this time ...
Also many many thanks to Kelf for his video re posting pics.
If it does work I will add a pic of Shahi ...if I can upload it to Photobucket ... |

Congratulations you've figured it out. I get booted off lots from PB when using Internet Explorer, I have to switch to Google Chrome to get it to work without hiccups.
You'll have to quickly photograph your lot and post them while its been kind, dont forget Ziska, lol. |

Thanks Bob - I now need to learn how to downsize, but honestly, I just feel as if I've split the atom lol!
Ah, so I'm not the only one who gets booted off the internet - that's reassuring to know, as I thought I'd got some kind of irreversible security glitch with my ISP.
LOL - that Ziska - she'd eat the camera! However, feeding day tomorrow - I may just be lucky while she's occupied! |

And, at the risk of being tedious, here's another, just to test my downsizing. It's actually a favourite of mine, and also demonstrates the huuuuuge expansion of the tiny royal neck while eating ...(And he's eating his rats with tails on now - he used to have difficulty.)
Drat, the downsizing didn't work. Back to the drawing board ...

Ah I may be able to help shrink your pics as you upload them.
When you click 'upload now' the big greeen button you're taken to a screen that says 'select photos and videos' dont click that yet look below it underneath all facebook twitter myspace twoddle it says 'customize your upload options'
Click that and it take you to a multiple choice screen, just click the little dot for 800X600 and hit save at the bottom. Now any photos you upload will be the right size.
As for shrinking photos already uploaded, just click resize on the top of each photo and select 800X600 and it will ask you if you're sure, if you are then click OK. |

The photos aren't fabulous quality and really photobucket is a pain to work with - don't know how many times I've had to keep logging back on to the net, but I'm getting there ...and as for the unwanted graphics ...ye gods! If that female flashes her cleavage again at me - I'll drop a slug down it!

Ah, sorry Bob, I overlooked your post re downsizing - I don't think I've seen that bit you mention but I managed to find an 'edit' section and that worked - but thanks again.

| Thanks Scuba - that's the next project. I won't handle her tonight as it's feeding tomorrow and a bigger prey size; both she and Saada are already in position, ready to go, to say nothing of Missy. If I can catch Zisk a couple of days after feeding, when she's placid (comparatively!) and wrapped round my hand, I'm hoping for some good shots ... now to really study the camera manual lol. |

| Thanks Dio - Ziska is on other reptile photos, nomming on her first weaner rat, little gannet. And the rest will be coming soon - Surahi's blue but can't wait to get her outside for a photo-shoot once she's shed; Saada fed today and so I can't handle her, but the corns are all getting photographed ...erm, warning, lots of Bats' pics on the way lol |
