If you watch this video you`ll learn how to sex them yourself, after watching many on the net these two by Ralph Davis and JKReptiles are probably the best explained. http://youtu.be/BPmIpc_gP9I http://youtu.be/9QqW_PhMBEY
With probing I think you'd be better speaking to your local reptile shop or exotics vet (or someone on here close by with experience), a video can show you but unless you know what to feel for and can have this demonstrated for you then it could potentially get it wrong and injure your snake.

Have you actually watched these videos or are you just assuming its wrong?
I did watch the videos and I'm not saying for a second its wrong, the technique was demonstrated, but a video can't show you how much pressure to use or how much resistance you're going to feel or how this is all going to happen with a snake wriggling around.
(Though on video 2 he uses Vaseline to lubricate the probe, its oil based and really a waterbased lubricant should be used).
Neither popping or probing was shown clearly enough in those videos that I would be confident of doing it myself. Unless you are experienced through necessity (a breeder for example)then the sensible approach is to take the snake to a reputable dealer for sexing.
I took some of my baby boa's to a pet shop for sexing and the man had no idea how to pop or probe, he fumbled around for a while then said he couldn't do it, I learnt nothing :P
