just been browsing on the British Herpetological Society website and found this pic of a snake

what a gorgeous snake. i think its some type of gaboon viper buy the markings on its back but idea what type/morph

Looks like a rhinocerous viper to me. Standard colouration under very favourable lights.

not heard of a rhinocerous viper before but yea after a quick search it seems to be one of them.

have seem a few of his vid's has some very cool snakes an obviously knows his stuff but his voice really anoys me

LOL - that little squeaky midwest drone ...bless him ...he gets results though, and everyone ought to talk to their snakes ...good thing you can't hear me ...
