I went to Surrey Pet Supplies :D

it's immense... i could spend a fortune in there!!!

And the reptile handling day was fab, i had a hold of Solero a gorgeous young albino burm! So no biggies but she was lovely! I think i missed most of it, as my roller derby training last til 12, then i had to go drop off my kits then hop on over to Hersham where they are based!

It was well worth the trip - i spent £60 and struggled to get it all home LOL... it costs £60 just for a stat anywhere else... and i got a stat, some background stuff and a nice posh waterbowl, and a fab big root/branch thing, happy days!

And how could it be even better than money well spent?

I only went and got 1st prize in the raffle! i only entered for a bit of fun and it was for Children in Need so all for a good cause! I've won a full set up for a bearded dragon!! :) Don't think i'll be getting a beardie anytime soon, but i'm sure some of those items can be put to good use for my snakies!

Shattered now, what a fab day!

I don't think these are the reptiles they sell, they were not on display.

hehe that's exactly why i added it, remembered you asking! it's like a little mini zoo... nice to go and see some animals after/before you spend ALL your money in the shop downstairs !

No can do i'm afraid :( we've run out of space once i get the snake's vivs up and running, plus there's a chance we'll be moving in March if the rent goes up too much, got to find a place with plenty of room for fishies and snakes :D

now if i had lots of room........... ;D
