All that information is on World of Ball pythons. When you select the morph on the 'Morph List', it comes up with the gene type, (Name of the morph & below it will state dominant, co-dom or recessive), Year produced, Name of the breeder, Any other associated names, and any other related morphs, eg: spider - bumble bee, lemon blast etc.
