Just make sure you leave the mouse in the cool end not he hot end. The only time i would say not to leave a food item in with a royal is if the food item is alive.
Oops sorry, meant to say I leave it in the cool end otherwise it would be well rancid - and yes it will have been living in the freezer before meeting with its maker, I mean Ziska. Good luck with Monty - he'll get there!
