saw this on RFUK an thought it would be good to do on here.
im going to save my pics on photobucket/laptop then put a link to the album at the end of the year.

So, what is a Project 52? It is a photography project ... you shoot something every week for a year. Similar in a way to '365 project' (where you shoot every day for a year!), but Project 52 is different to a 365: you have more time to make a better photo; you get days off; and it doesn't take over your life like a 365 does!! Traditionally a Project 52 has a theme, like: 52 landscapes; or 52 trees; or 52 locations, etc. Well, this is a Snake (and other reps) forum, so the theme is already set: your snakes!

Rules
- you must take a photo of a snake once a week, every week, for a whole year (2012)
- you can shoot on any day of the week, it can be a different day each week
- you select ONE photo per week to be your Project 52 image
- you upload that image to your RFUK album and post it into this thread
- it doesn't have to be your snake, it doesn't have to be the same snake

Reference
- Week 01 starts on Monday 02 Jan 2012 and ends on Sunday 08 Jan 2012
- Week 02 starts on Monday 09 Jan 2012 and ends on Sunday 15 Jan 2012
- Then Week 03, then Week 04 ... etc.
- Week 52 starts on Monday 24 Dec 2012 and ends on Sunday 30 Dec 2012

Why
- you'll get to see how your snakes change through the year
- you get to share photos of your snakes
- it will make you a better photographer

If you want to play, just reply to this thread and say a little about your photography or the reason you want to shoot this project. You have from today until Sun 08 Jan 2012 to shoot your first image.

I'm in! Means my Mrs can use it to help build a portfolio for her photography course and so I get to see how my royals grow/change throughout the year. We will probably do one for each of our snakes :). Great idea!
