I got Zavvi out to check her over and she has lost a spur. It looks to me like it has broken just above its type of socket thing (if you get me). Im not too worried about it but I have never heard of it happening.
Just wondering if I should clean it really, or if there is anything I need to do. She will be going blue fairly soon so I dont want to bother her too much.
Is there an open wound of any kind? If so just keep it clean with some reptile savlon type thing. I don't think the females use them for anything but I could be wrong.
Isn't it just the males that use them for "sexy-time"? You know, dimming the lights, putting some Barry White or Marvin Gaye on the stereo, etc?
