Hi - hatchling royals - males £30, females £40, and the seller's in South Normanton, Derbyshire. Let me know if you need any more info off that page. |

Thank you both for ur posts. After many many phone calls and google searches later I think I may have found a trusting breeder in the local area of Derbyshire. So all being well I will be a proud owner of a Royal come April 16th! :D Another quick question if anyone would be so kind to help me out. I am looking at getting a baby. If not a baby a reasonably young Royal. And I own 2 vivs. One which is practically brand spanking new I purchased but never used for long as Shorty (my late Corn) out grew it so quickly. And I have a larger fish tank setup viv which is alot bigger and in great condition. So my question is. Which would be best to use?

Hi and congrats, that's great!
Well, personally I do prefer the traditional wooden viv as they hold the temps better and provide more dimness and privacy for a royal. A fishtank setup would need lining or covering on three sides and ceiling and the temps are harder to maintain in winter. For a very young royal I'd certainly recommend the smaller enclosure too, so I'd go for the viv imo. |
