Ifrit!

Ifrit is a male CB09 Royal Fire, bred by Bob Clark and bought by the previous owner at the 2010 Hamm show. He's currently around 3'8'' long and weighs in at 700grams.

He is absolutely gorgeous, really lovely sandy colour with some nice flames up his sides. His temperament is brilliant too, not quite as tolerant as Monty is, but I've only had him for 24 hours so once he's settled in I'm hoping he'll be as friendly as he was when I handled him at the last owners house last night. He's currently a bit hissy, but doesnt object too strongly to being picked up. I'm amazed at how strong he is!!

Last one I promise The guy whom I bought him off is an absolute star, really decent lad, and Ifrits current state of health and temperament is a real reflection of just how well he's been looked after. He's selling up as he's just had his first child and needs the space in the house back. I'm hoping Ifrit and Monty will produce some lovely babies this time next year, one of which will be reserved for when Mike is ready for another snake. Mike, by the way, is selling a male Spider, if anyone is interested (link: http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/forums/snake-classifieds/824396-fire-royals-spider-royal-sale.html), and I would recommend this guy to anyone - he's the only snake owner I've ever met that keep hand cleaning gel by the front door, so that people don't go muckying up his precious snakes!!

All in all, absolutely chuffed, best £300 I've spent in a long time

Oh dear! Sorry about the fluff and whatnot on the rug - Ifrit decided to hide under the coffee table, that shot is after I'd lifted the table away - I don't live in squallor honestly!! :D
