My royal, Duke, who i've had for a week now has just eaten his first meal! they guy i got him off said he was a rather shy eater and i would have to leave it over night.. but no! 2 mins of mouse dancing outside his hide and boom! one constricted mouse. so happy!

Congrats! Great when they eat the first time! Bet you're over the moon.

Wish me luck with my new lad (going to try him tomorrow - just once - as one of the corns will recycle his grub if he refuses.)

Woohoo!! Just had that same first meal today too! Amazing, isn't it!! Never imagined feeling so happy about a snake munching a mouse!

That's great. I'm just watching my new pinstripe which after the first week use offered mouse as a pillow. I will need to give her more time and try again after another few days. Hopefully I will have some more luck like you had.
