I've been lurking on the forum for a good couple weeks now (and have visited it plenty in the past) and though I'd finally register and say hello.
Although I have a chunk of rep experience through my university placements, I am just breaking into personal keeping myself as I spend huge amounts of time researching the species I'm interested in.
At the moment I just have a wee Leopard Gecko (a.k.a 'Happy Face' because of the spots on her back) but am also hugely interested in snakes, finding them generally enthralling. I'm currently dabbling with the idea of a Royal after working with a pair of lovely boys on a regular basis as part of one of my placements. Although I have interest in other species as well (namely Hognoses and GTPs), I've found something very endearing about Royals and so all being well, I hope to be sourcing a CB12 hatchling over the couple of months.
In other news, I'm an FdSc animal management student (just finishing) from the Bristol area. I freelance in Graphic Design and am also into motorbikes (I ride a 2011 XJ6 Diversion) and enjoy rustling up a batch of cupcakes now and then.
