My Royal seems to have a bit of a wrinkly nose, the skin around it looks like he is going to shed but he has been like it for a while. There are also a few small red patches around his mouth. Is this normal? Please help!

it could be where he has been rubbing trying to get old shed off,

dont know without seeing, but some else might
