something i need to ask they say snakes dont feel pain which is why they seem to get burnt.if this is the case why is it they move into the cool end when they get to hot.surely they must fill something. |

we're sensitive to hot and cold as our nerve endings are close to our thin skin, a snake however has thicker skin and overlappig scales so it takes longer for any extreme temps to get through. i'm sure they still feel pain though. |

they do feel pain, cos when Peanut had his Baytril injection, he did not like it one tiny bit...he was squirming..it hurt him.

I thought that they do feel pain, but they don't feel heat the same way we do which is why they get burnt. |

Think about it this way. We don't feel pain when out in the sun all day, that night it hurts when you are burnt though. |
