My own fault of course. I had my hand in the enclosure just fluffing up some of the flattend Aspen bedding, trodded to near her hide entrance and BANG, she nailed me and retreated immeadiatley. Drew some blood but didn't hurt. Guess she figured my fingers were mousey looking?
Last night she was out of her hide and stretched out across her branch, I tried take her out but man she took a hissy fit. Hissing like crazy. I have handled her 4 or 5 times since I got her a week ago. She just being moody?

As above, 4 to 5 times is probably too much handling for an acclimatised Royal, let alone one which is still settling in. |
