hiya people my snakey has mites  i live in ashford kent and i am going to a vets in maidstone they are realy realy good with snakes. the man there has a certificat in zoooloagy and he also has small animal medcine certificat he runs it with his wife. they have both been in the trade for 14yrs so they know what there doing. just thought id let you know in case anyone is close and may need a vet (hopefully not) im off there tomororw after work so he can check them out. hopefully my corn dont have them!

| I can't say enough good stuff about Provent-A-Mite. It really really works. I don't know if they sell at in the UK stores, but you should be able to get it online. |

anatess- I've heard of provent-a-mite, but never seen it for sale over here.
I've used Zoomed Mite-off though |

| went to the vets today with both of my snakes my royal def has mites and the vet said that i have came at the right time. my corn is fine and all is well but i have gave her her first of the 6 weeks of spraying. I HATE MITES. i have a friend that breeds royals and he sells albino royals piebalds spiders bumbblebees and pastels let me know if you want any hatching soon |

just out of interest what did the vet giv you for mites and dosage and instructions? i thought it might help people looking for info on here |
