hiya gang, just wondering how often a royal takes a poo? i understand that it varies from snake to snake but fed mine 3 times since ive had her and shes yet to go, ive had her 3 weeks |

how soon after eating does it take a dump? lol sorry im getting too comfortable talking to u guys now, i'll ask properly: how soon after eating do they go to the toilet? ^_^ |

Its not really in sync with their eating. I would say every month and half-ish. But it varies with indeviduals. |

Yes it does cary from one to the other. My Grace pooed twice in one day. How wierd was that.
I know there is a difference between mammals and reptiles etc, but do you and lots of your mates have a poo on the same day after eating a nice meal ? No, i did not think so. It all depends on the make up of the individual and that equates to all living life.
I must addmit that I was starting to wonder what snake poo looked like after a couple of weeks after getting Grace, but you will soon see the difference between a piece of orchid bark and poo. Grace`s poo tends to be about two inches in length and about the thickness of a pencil. This is such a good learning curve |

Sofia took about 6 weeks from me getting her, shed & then pooed twice in about 2 weeks. |

Sometimes I see no poo for ages, then theres something bigger in girth than my corn lurking in the corner of his tank lol. |

and it stinks to, my corn goes way more than my royal, i just think it is the species...my royal has not been since he came b ack from the vets, but i dont think he will be to much longer, he is due to shed soon, so maybe i will get a present then... |
