Hi guys. I am from the US & I was interested in a Piebald. So, I found this ad online & I asked some questions. This is what I got back in response:
Hello and thanks for the mail. I am a breeder and seller of pythons
located in Bimingham UK. I have morphs of different species.
They are all veterinary checked and have upto date health records.
They are transported in styro boxes well heated in winter and well ventilated
in summer via Bimingham International Airport for it takes only a maximum of 6-9 hours flight to get to your location.
High white male piebalds cost................$435
High white female piebalds cost..............$450
Low white male piebalds cost.................$400
Low white female piebalds cost...............$410
below are some few photos of the both high and low white piebalds,some of them are 6months and 8months old piebalds, the low white piebalds weight 76 gram and the high white piebalds weight 78 gram, so which of them will take?????

I'm not sure about this particular ad but Piebalds do seem to be the scammer's choice of morph at the moment. There have been a few scammers posting Piebald ads in the UK too. Those prices do seem a bit too good to be true.
If it is genuine then buy their entire stock and make yourself a tidy profit  .
Can you post a link to the ad please so that we can have a look. We may be able to tell you for certain then. |

Seconded. Looks dodgy to me but a link to the ad and pics might help, sometimes the pics are just pulled off google for example.
The prices are definately way off though. |

I wouldn't go with it, just because if it is a scam I think it would be harder to do anything about it with you being in America.
Reporting it to the English police would be difficult for you and the American police wouldn't be able to do anything about it really. Just too risky in my opinion. |

| They will change their location depending on where you are so that you can't come and pay in person and pick the snake up. |

From what I have seen on here I would agree that it is a scam. Especially if Africa is mentioned.
Also I would want to see the snake before I bought it which you do not seem to be able to do here.
Stay well away. |

Also, not only do the prices seem to good to be true, but is there any mention of prices for transportation ? |
