Hannah, my normal female has been in shedding mode for about a month now. Eyes have gone dull and cleared and are now dull again. Her viv conditions are still the same as when i first got her in April,.
Is there anything i should do? She`s never managed a full shed, the skin has always remained on her head from the tip of her nose to just behind her eyes and i`ve always had to assist.

was talking to Anne the other day, and mentioned Stig had a crappy shed, she mentioned one of hers didn't shed as well as normal, wonder if its something to do with the time of the year as well?

Moss hides should help.

Im in need of advice here guys, she still hasn`t shed. She`s refused food twice now, never done this before. I havent seen one bit of shed.
I have noticed though that her right eye is quite often indented (dehydration problem) but she has access to fresh water everyday.
Like i`ve stated above she`s never managed a full shed without assistance.
So what do i need to do please? We are around 2-3 weeks since her eyes cleared.

I would bathe her by now, maybe she is struggling to produce the stuff they use to shed? (total guess there)

A nice luke warm bath of 28C would be spot on, let her swim about, also helps rehydrate her ;)

Because we are either good owners or inexperienced, abit of both in my case, im slowly learning not to worry though(only been an owner for 6 months) im learning that they are quite hardy little creatures, keep the temps correct, keep their vivs clean, fresh water and they should be fine.
