Hi people just a quick question, my royal biggie hasn't eaten for 2 coming up 3 weeks now and i was in pets at home having a look around and i asked a woman that worked their if i could get a little bit hamster bedding just to rub on the rat that she in not eating at the moment, Is this a good decision? and also when i was handling her i noticed she has a slight bit of pink on her belly is she going into shed? |

is possible its coming up to a shed, however 3 weeks with no food is nothing unusual nor anything to worry about. I wouldnt be doing anything other than offer a rat weekly. |

okay doke mate, Another question if you dont mind helping me with, i seen of the forum that when your royal is in shed, once her eyes go blue then clear up, its it then your up the humidity? |

I tend to add the moss hide when they go blue, purely as I never know when they have gone blue so is best just making sure :d
what I mean is I wouldnt be sure what day they have gone into that phase so i cover the bases just incase. |
