Hi people just a quick question, my royal biggie hasn't eaten for 2 coming up 3 weeks now and i was in pets at home having a look around and i asked a woman that worked their if i could get a little bit hamster bedding just to rub on the rat that she in not eating at the moment, Is this a good decision? and also when i was handling her i noticed she has a slight bit of pink on her belly is she going into shed?

is possible its coming up to a shed, however 3 weeks with no food is nothing unusual nor anything to worry about. I wouldnt be doing anything other than offer a rat weekly.

I tend to add the moss hide when they go blue, purely as I never know when they have gone blue so is best just making sure :d

what I mean is I wouldnt be sure what day they have gone into that phase so i cover the bases just incase.
