Both fed last night. Roger decided to eat in his water bowl which was........interesting. Alesia took hers to her hide, spat it out then tried again. Going to have to increase the size of her prey because it just isn't big enough at the moment.
Roger is over double the weight of Alesia but her strike is so much more violent, she ripped the rats tail off!
Roger - strike - small rat (although it looked bloody big to me) Alesia - strike - now on weeners as the fluffs weren't at all big enough ZhuZhu (new boy from last weekend so his first feed) - strike - he's on Alesia's left over fluffs
Will weight them all on Sunday but Roger is getting big quick which makes me think that perhaps when I got him he was maybe a little malnourished and the size he is now is the size he is supposed to be, and not that he is growing quickly, if that makes sense (I did wonder about his health AFTER I got him because of the bad shed - he's shed twice for me now and they have both been perfect so he isn't a "bad" shedder)
ZhuZhu displayed no visible head bobbing whilst feeding.
Roger - 765g Alesia - 290g Didn't weigh ZhuZhu as he seemed very shy being handled for the first time so I had him out for 5 minutes ball'd in my palm then put him back.
