He tried to climb onto my t-shirt earlier. It's so tempting to just pick him up but then that would be 5 months of time/patience/interaction all down the pan and back to square one. Sought advice from my monitor guru on the dark side and he said to just let him climb on next time and see what he does. Should be fun .
I'll start another feeding record at the beginning of October to give an idea of feeding costs now.

Update on the viv build. We now have a bottom and a back. The top should be going on tomorrow and then just gotta seal it to have the shell complete.

It's bathtime!!







No problems picking him up. I would highly recommend the "hands off" approach to taming. I'm probably gonna put the kiss of death on it now but there have been no tantrums so far.

Oh and while he was swimming he did a poo and is most definately a male .

He's fantastic...I'm just imagining how great it would be to come home and find one in my bath!

Loving the topic Paul, really informative and one of the best things is watching an animal grow, and he's definitely doing that!
